Better CAT service, Yes you have made some recent minor improvements but you still ignore new needs and serve historic lines with little traffic. A Leesville road line would could carry more school kids alone than the Sawmill Line.  Also you do not provide service to and from downtown in the evening.  Seniors no longer driving st night are shutout from downtown events and people attending events downtown cannot use londing in more remote areas such as around crabtree.

Water rates discriminate agasinst families. All future increases should go against the lowest rate until it equals the 2nd tier, Then increases should apply to the combined 1st and second tier until they equal the 3rd tier. from then on ONE rate for all families.

The "Traffic Calming" program is short-sighted, ill-advised, poorly administered, and a waste of taxpayer dollars. Streets having legitimate speeding problems should have automated speed detection and ticketing devices installed. This would use simple and readily available speed detection measurement and the technology presently deployed for stop light ticketing to identify perpetrators. In contrast to speed humps, it would not impede traffic and actually pay for itself with fines.
